First of all, I wanted to say welcome to Vegas Pool Guys We are so glad you are here.
- Your service with Vegas Pool Guys will include the following:
⦁ Complete Water Analysis and chemical adjustment (We use the highest quality chemicals to not only prevent Algae, but also to prevent scale and scum buildup)
⦁ Complete Skim
⦁ Complete brush of walls and steps (as needed-based on pool usage and debris)
⦁ Complete vacuum (as needed)
⦁ Empty skimmer, cleaner, and pump baskets
⦁ Complete visual inspection of equipment
⦁ Filter cleaning as needed (typically once every 3-6 months)
*Weekly service includes diagnosis of equipment malfunctions
It is against our company policy to add water to the pool. Please make sure the pool is full before your service day. If you have an autofill, this will not apply.
There are two weeks a year that your pool will not be serviced as we offer every tech 2 weeks vacation per year. One of these weeks will be the week between Christmas and New Years. The other week will vary year to year, but ample notice will be given.
There will be 2.9% convenience fee to pay for your invoice online with a credit card. To avoid fees, you can pay through Zelle or Venmo.
